We welcome feedback from customers who have received and used their SAFETi product. Positive, neutral and critical experiences are treated the same.

We do not offer rewards for positive reviews, and support or warranty service never depends on changing or removing feedback.

Before publishing a submission, we check authenticity, privacy, product relevance and permission—not sentiment. We publish feedback only when its source and product connection can be documented. Personal details are not published.

Please include your order number, the product, the motorcycle model and year, and what worked or could be improved. If you include a photo or video, state whether SAFETi may display it on product pages or marketing channels.
