Shipping rates

Orders over USD $236 qualify for free shipping. For orders below USD $236, the shipping charge is calculated and shown at checkout.

Estimated delivery time

Receiving time = processing time + shipping time.

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Express shipping time: typically 7–15 days.

Returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after receiving your order.

To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, unmodified, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For all approved returns and exchanges—including change-of-mind, ordering the wrong item, or fitment issues—SAFETi covers the original outbound shipping cost and the return shipping cost. For an approved exchange, SAFETi also covers the cost of shipping the replacement item.

No restocking fee applies to approved returns or exchanges.
